Since Last Christmas is the third book in the Missed Connections series by Jeffe Kennedy. This is Amy and Jon's story. They were friends in high school, but since then, Amy has done everything she could to keep the past in the past. Her youth wasn't a good time for her, and she wanted a new life. Jon didn't have a great time in high school either, but he didn't want to lose Amy from his life. When they reconnect in this story, they don't exactly hit it off. Amy is so darn stubborn, and Jon is so darn patient with her. I liked him a lot, and he has the smolder thing going for him too. Whew! So,it's almost like they're getting to know each other all over again. They're grown up. They're not the same.. yet they are. I really liked going through it all with them as I read. In fact, this may be my favorite in the series so far.
