My Not So Wicked Stepbrother is the first book in the Not So Wicked series by Jennifer Peel. I absolutely loved Emma. She's snarky, and fun, and someone I'd love to be friends with. She's easy to relate to, and I love how her mind works. This is an adorable friends to more series where the "more" happens to be in the form of a Stepbrother. They are cute as can be together. I loved their awkward moments as they fought their emotions. It wasn't weird at all, as the two were friends long before they were step-siblings. I love the friendship they have. It's easy and fun... Except for the hiding lustful emotions part of course. That part isn't so easy... on so many levels. But, it sure made for some great reading, or well in this case.. listening. The narrator was fantastic. She really became Emma and with all the attitude that goes along with it, as well as portraying Sawyer properly. She did an excellent job bringing the supporting characters to life too. She was realistic and believable. I'd love to get my hands on the next book. I bet this is going to be an addictive little series.
