Promise of a New Beginning by Addison Cole is the fifth book in the Sweet with Heat: Weston Bradens series. I absolutely loved Savannah and Jack's story! The angry tension pulled me in, and it became even more intoxicating as they started building towards a new kind of tension. Their attraction was easy, but dealing with all the emotions was something else entirely.. especially for Jack. You could feel his anger, guilt, and hopelessness seep off the pages. He has a long road ahead of him, and I became emotional myself as I read his journey towards getting his life back. This one pulled out all the feels. Happy. Sad. Everything in between.
